All meetings will be held in the KCS Boardroom in the Summer Place Building at 500 W. Summit Hill Drive, Knoxville, TN 37902 unless otherwise noted.  All work session, regular session, and special called meetings will begin at 5:00 p.m. unless otherwise noted.
